Amazing Staff and Relaxing Rooftop Views

The staff went out of their way to. One even accompanied me while I relaxed with a beer. The room was spacious and beautiful. The breakfast was quite good as well, with a variety of local and western options. The only improvement could be more dining options nearby since some places were closed in the area.

The personalized service was really good. The staff even offered assistance with local insights and transportation. The highlight was receiving a thoughtful birthday gift from staff.

We faced numerous issues that were unacceptable. The noise level was unbearable, with loud families around making it impossible to sleep. The hotel is in a very isolated location, with no restaurants or attractions nearby, forcing us to rely on the overpriced hotel pizza.

Consider requesting a room on higher floors for better views, as the surroundings lack many attractions.

The only downside was the tour to Halong Bay. The guide's English was hard to understand.

The quirky decor and chic bathtub setup, with friendly staff who are quick to resolve any issues. Perfect location on the quieter side of the bay, it offers great views of limestone cliffs. The delicious French toasts at breakfast were a standout. Noise levels from other guests were quite disruptive, affecting sleep quality. Limited dining options outside the hotel made meals a bit inconvenient, and some areas felt isolated, lacking in nearby attractions.

Recommend for a couple of nights

Comfortable bed, great shower, made our stay enjoyable with high-quality towels and great coconut coffee, and it was conveniently situated just 49 km from the nearest airport.

The nice rooftop view at night highlighted my experience, while the staff provided excellent service, even accompanying me during my downtime. The included breakfast featured Koshihikari rice. The room had gaps that allowed some outside view, which might compromise privacy, and there were limited dining options nearby. I encountered some noise from other guests that affected my peace .

The place had a peaceful vibe, and having an electric kettle and a refrigerator in my room was a nice touch.
